BDM Payment Options
Water bills are sent out at the end of the month and are due by the 15th of the following month. Payments not received on time will be subject to a $10.00 late fee. We offer several payment options:
No matter the method you choose to pay, you will still receive your bill in the mail. We can also email your bill to you, if you prefer. Contact the office to get signed up!
- Check or Cash You may send payments by mail (envelopes are provided) or place them in the dropbox in our office entryway. BDM is not responsible for cash sent by mail or left in the dropbox. Please visit the office to pay by cash.
- ACH Automatic Withdrawal BDM will automatically debit your checking or savings account on approximately the 15th of the month. There is no fee associated with this method of payment. To sign up for ACH payments, please download and complete the form found below, print it out and send to the office with a voided check. Or you may call the office to have the form sent to you. The form and voided check must be received by the 10th of the month for the payments to start that month.
- Credit or Debit Card You may pay your bill by credit/debit card on our payment portal. Be aware there is a 2.5% fee for payments made on the portal (BDM does not collect or receive these fees). The portal accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Click the "PAY MY BILL" button on our home page or below to be taken to the payment portal. You will need your account number(s) (found on your bill) to log-in.
- Bill Pay Customers may also choose to use a Bill Pay option with their bank. Contact your financial institution for details on paying by Bill Pay.
No matter the method you choose to pay, you will still receive your bill in the mail. We can also email your bill to you, if you prefer. Contact the office to get signed up!
