BDM is a rural water system serving portions of Brown, Day, Marshall, and Roberts Counties of South Dakota. Our office is located in Britton, South Dakota.
Our mission is to ensure our members have quality water at a reasonable price for household, livestock, and commercial use for generations to come. Download the Lead Service Line Survey below. By turning in the completed survey and picture, you will receive a one-time $5.00 credit on your water bill, and you will be entered in a drawing for five $100.00 water bill credits. *Please note that BDM's mailing address is PO Box 49, not 48 as printed on the survey.

Our online payment portal is here! Click the button above to be taken to our secure site where you can view your bill, see your payment and usage history, and pay your water bill
using a credit/debit card. If you sign up for recurring automatic payments, your card will be charged on approximately the 15th of every month. You must sign up by the 13th if you wish to include that month's payment. The payment portal accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is a 2.5% fee for all credit/debit card payments. If you wish to sign up for Auto-Pay and avoid the fees, we also offer payment by ACH from your bank account. Call the office for details! | ||||||
