RATE SCHEDULE:

BDM RURAL WATER SYSTEM, INC.
RATE SCHEDULE
EFFECTIVE FOR BILLS RECEIVED IN JANUARY 1987

Effective for bills receive in January 1987 and payable by February 10, 1987, the following rate structure will be in effect.

Debt Service monthly payment …. $30.00 per hookup per month. 
$5.00/1000 gallons for the first 2000 gallons used per month
$4.00/1000 gallons for the next 5000 gallons used per month
$3.00/1000 gallons for the next 8000 gallons used per month
$1.50/1000 gallons for over 15,000 gallons used per month

Lake User Rates:
Debt Service monthly payment …. $23.00 per hookup per month.
$5.00/1000 gallons for all water used per month

No water is included in the debt service payment.  All water is in addition to the monthly debt service payment.

Payments are due by the 10th of each month. A $10.00 fee applies to all payments received after that date. Service is subject to disconnection if payment is not received by the 15th.  If service is disconnected due to non-payment, a charge of $100.00 will be due in order to have service restored. 

ALL customers are required to read their meters and report that reading each month.  If a reading is not submitted for two consecutive months, a charge of $10.00 may be assessed to the account.  After that a $25.00 meter reading fee may be added to an account if it becomes necessary for a BDM employee to read a meter due to failure to report a monthly reading.
